'Jane Raybould files for District 1 seat on
Lancaster County Board
The contest for the District 1 seat on the Lancaster County Board of
Commissioners is about to turn into a race.
"I am running for County Board to bring accountability to county
government and integrity in providing health, safety and well-being
for all county residents," Raybould said in a news release.
She said her top priorities will be to lower taxes and create jobs
"while protecting our quality of life."

Campaign Kick-Off Event A Success
Thank you to everyone who joined us at our Campaign Kick-Off. The
attendance was terrific and we picked up a number of campaign
endorsements that we'll post as we near the May Primary.

Campaign Volunteers Meeting March 6th
Join Jane Raybould at her first campaign volunteers meeting on
Saturday, March 6, 2010. The meeting will be held at the 2nd Floor
Conference Room at the Super Saver at 2525 Pine Lake Road from
10:00 am to 11:00 am. If you have any questions, please contact via

Jane To Participate In "Women On The Run
. . . and Ready To Win" Event in Lincoln
Join Jane Raybould at the "Women On the Run . . . and Ready To
Win" luncheon, sponsored NDP Women's Caucus at the Lincoln
Women's Club. With nearly a dozen candidates participating, this is
a great opportunity to meet candidates and learn more about what it
takes to run for office as a woman.
The luncheon is being held on Sunday, March 7th, from 12 noon to
1:30 pm at the Lincoln Women's Club at 407 South 14th Street. The
